When will my order arrive?
Most Chase The Bag products are made to order. Production happens before shipping, so please allow time for both. Timing varies by item and destination. If you need an item for a specific date, contact us before ordering.
How much is shipping?
Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout for your items and delivery address. Items made or shipped from different locations may arrive separately.
Where is my package?
Check your shipping confirmation for tracking information when available. An order confirmation means we received your order; it does not mean your package has shipped. For help with a delayed or missing package, email chasethebaglifestyle@gmail.com with your order number.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items for a change of mind, or if you select the wrong size or color. Check product details and your selections before ordering.
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Verified issues qualify for a free replacement or refund. Contact us before mailing anything back. See our full return and refund policy.

Orders can move into production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
